Overwhelmingly outgoing and friendly, he has a tendency to talk with almost anyone with no reserves. He treats all he meets like an old friend unless the other person warrants otherwise. However, don't mistake this for actual friendship. It requires much more time and effort for someone to make an actual meaningful bond with him as he withholds his full trust until the other person has proven themselves trustworthy. Those who get close to him will notice he is far more relaxed and far more open.
He enjoys joking and teasing, but sometimes displays seriousness when needed. Most often following the younger brother archetype, on occasion he may act like an older brother. He treats everyone he meets with the same respect regardless of age or social status. He attempts to act cool and collected when trying to impress someone, but usually ends up failing. While he has no problem talking to girls, he may come off as awkward when speaking to one he finds attractive.
Despite his extroverted personality, he dislikes being the center of attention. Being in the spotlight causes his confidence to waver and causes him to grow nervous. Tso is more than willing to assist someone in need. Even if he is struggling in his own life he still spares some time to help others. While he may not say, go around giving homes to the homeless, he still offers what aid he can. He's the kind of kid that will lend someone a hand without being asked and without wanting something in return.
